Tractors and other Earth-movers do not have a suspension system. This is to avoid the variation in ride height. Using a suspension system will change the ride height which will not allow It to run at a constant height, avoiding it to pull heavy loads and to work in fields.

Tractors move at low speed. They are used to pull heavy loads and work in fields. During pulling, the tractor should pull the load constantly as much as possible without varying the pulling point of the tractor from the ground, if suspension system is there, it will make pulling point up and down making pulling effort difficult. Again, while working in the field we need to pull the load constantly in a horizontal straight line with low speed, this is fulfilled with very high sized rear wheels without the suspension system in the tractor.
